This is currently the most popular package.  We help our clients build their “Dream Team” eg. photographer, videographer, DJ, florist, dance instructor, etc.  DMPlanners does all the groundwork, leaving you with the final “yes” or “no” decision.

Do you want a small simple backyard wedding?  Is a donut stand part of your big day? Does an elaborate balloon entrance or stunning wallflower backdrop a must?

DMPlanners personalizes each event.  We help to to make your dreams a reality. We keep you within budget by supplying special items such as backdrops and centerpieces.  The rental of some items are included in the service.

During the big day, the event planner will oversee all activities, including by not limited to:

– Arrival and departure of vendor professionals

– Be point of contact for all vendors and wedding party

– Ensure following of event timeline

– Greet guests and direct them to their seats

– Provide “Emergency Kit” available to bride and wedding party

– Transportation arrangements

– Hotel Information (provide recommendations to out of town guests)
