You may already have your vendors chosen before you get a chance to reach out to us. We offer a Wish Upon a Star option. If there is anything throughout your planning process which you may have questions or concerns that require a more professional perspective, we are here to help. We provide every client with a vendors list.

The event planner discusses scenarios and benefits we can provide on your special day. Each clients’ needs are different, therefore Wish Upon a Star Package rates vary.

Event Planner Personal Assistant Services

• Responds within 12 hours
• Answers any questions clients have about their event
• Point of contact for all vendors and guests
• Coordinate and run rehearsal ceremony
• Follow-up every two weeks

Correspondence

• Helps with guest list and follow-up responses (RSVPs)

Document Preparation

• Create wedding booklets to give to guests
• Organize RSVP with spreadsheet.

Ceremony

• Greets guests and direct sitting arrangements
• Helps lead the bridal party in procession at the church or venue
• Cues music for entrance of bridal party

Music and Entertainment

• Cues music for entrance of bride and groom during reception
• Provides suggestions for First Dance and Father/Daughter or Mother/Son dances
• Coordinate Surprise dances for Bride or Groom or both

Florist and Decorations

• Helps with centerpiece design
• Positions ceremony floral/decor pieces at venue

Formal Wear

• Provides assistance in bridal gown/tux selection
• Reminds bridesmaids/groomsmen of pickup of their gowns/tuxes

Rentals

• Tents, chairs, tables, linen, dinner set, etc.

Transportation

• Special requests on bridal/groom arrival cars
• Coordinate guests and wedding party bus/trolly/vans

Catering

• Special food requests (allergies/gluten-free, etc)
• Pick-up of specialty items, eg. donuts/pizza/cupcakes, etc.

Photographer and Cinematographer

• Coordinate to ensure capturing all the right moments

Guest Accommodation

• Helps to research affordable hotels
• Creating and distributing welcome bags
• Airport pick-up/drop off at EWR (extra charge)
